A delightful Art Nouveau manor, at the gates of Epernay, a few minutes from Reims, in the privileged setting of the town of AY CHAMPAGNE whose hillsides have been inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List in 2015.
Here, I decided to settle down and to call it VILLA ELIZABETH, like me,
Elizabeth VOLLEREAUX, your host from the Champagne region, who will receive you.
In the recent past, I successfully managed Château Les Aulnois in Pierry.
I love welcoming everyone from all over the world to my house, gathering around my "table d'hôtes", while satisfying my passion for cooking. This has been extremely rewarding to me. Unfortunately the table d'hôtes is temporarily suspended due to difficulties in recruiting staff to assist me.
I am now you host in this magnificent guest house in AY CHAMPAGNE where I am pleased to welcome those who are eager to taste the Art of Living in France and particularly in the Champagne region, an amazing region that I will have the pleasure of helping you discover.
I can welcome you both in English or French, in the total respect of the sanitary measures.
